Welcome to Burncoat Pond! Come enjoy the water and all it has to offer while staying in this newly renovated cottage. Open concept living, dining & kitchen. The home offers a full kitchen with microwave, stove, Keurig, coffee maker and refrigerator. One bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a pullout couch in the living room. Bathroom includes a shower, washer & dryer on site. Enjoy grilling, boating and watersports while soaking up the sun or relaxing under the moonlight.

Surrounded by nature and nearby state forests, this is the perfect place to enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, hiking, or simply relaxing on the peaceful lakeside property.

“La Casita” is a private waterfront home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a Master Bedroom on the second floor and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with a full size futon. There is a 3 season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. There are multiple ceiling fans and water toys for renters use. No pets or smokers. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with another home on the lot with small children so calm renters only please.

The Film Shack: A Sweetwater Stay

Located on the shore of Tully Pond, The Film Shack is a newly designed water front vacation home with breathtaking views of Tully Mountain. This 4-season home features four bedrooms, a screening room, a video game nook and a bonus guest cottage. The personal home of filmmakers Patti Moreno and Robert Patton-Spruill, it is decorated in the "Atomic Age" style. Maple floors, aviation, and cargo style furniture, stainless steel bathroom and kitchen with a wood stove for those chilly fall mornings.

Out in the country, on a lovely pond, we are in the woods with our own private beach. The rustic in-law apartment is on the ground floor of our house - bedroom (with small kitchenette) and bath, and a private entrance. Great for walks and canoeing and fishing and biking. We are only 65 miles from Boston, 15 minutes to Sturbridge Village.
