Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

Studio apartment is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood within 4 miles of Salisbury University & Downtown! Off street parking at entrance patio & a flight of stairs leads up to the apartment, which includes a queen size bed, full kitchen with full size refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove, full size washer and dryer. Bathroom includes shower, toilet and vanity, perfect for a week or weekend stay! We are located near Ocean City, Maryland, Assateague National Seashore.

Amazing location - walk to great restaurants and still enjoy a private-feeling beach with lifeguard stand just steps away. No need to 'pack' for the beach -the house is just steps away. Enjoy coffee at the granite island overlooking the beach! There is a set of stairs up to the condo, and another set of stairs up to the main bedroom.

Farmhouse located just minutes off of Route 13 in Princess Anne, MD. Enjoy a peaceful farm experience while staying in a charming farmhouse with lots of character. You can walk the grounds of the farm, including a trail through the woods, or take a swim in the pool. We do not offer horseback riding lessons but you can interact with the horses. We are minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, UMES, and a short ride to Chincoteague (32 miles) and Ocean City (40 miles).

#BoatLife! Jolly is a 42ft Holiday Mansion. Baywater Landing offers a laid back, coastal style. It buzzes with watermen & boaters by day & is a peaceful stargazing hotspot by night. She features a master suite & 3 outside deck areas to enjoy! Just 35 minutes from Ocean City, Assateague Island, and Chincoteague Island, this is the epicenter of everything coastal! A firepit in the sand just outside your door round out everything you'll need for a stress-free vacation.

Sweet Retreat

Sweet Retreat is conveniently located in Ocean Pines, Maryland. The premiere residential and resort community of Ocean Pines is located eight miles inland from the ocean resort town of Ocean City. Ocean Pines has over 9 miles of waterfront property and 3,000 acres of wooded areas. Community amenities include beaches, a yacht club, golf course, community center, a Beach Club Pool and other community pools. Passes are available at ocean Pines Association.

Forest Grove Retreat

Quaint two bedroom house situated on a large country lot, fire pit, car port. Centrally located between Salisbury and the Beaches... Ocean City and Assateague Island. Distance to Ocean City and Assateague is about 20-30 minutes. The scenic route to Assateague will take you through Berlin, MD. A beautiful town with lots of restaurants and shopping. The second bedroom is off of the main bedroom, has privacy. We have WiFi! Pets are not allowed

Joy in the Morning @ Berlin Boho Bungalow

The Berlin Boho Bungalow is the dream home of a family of artists—a mother and daughter team, a contractor husband, and adult grandkids. Set on 1.5 acres in historic Berlin, MD. There are two units in the house. This is the downstairs guest house. We invite you to start family traditions here and return year after year. As we lovingly restore this old farmhouse, you can celebrate the transformation of a once-abandoned home into something beautiful.

Welcome to Stella! She has been lovingly restored by our family and carefully designed by our son who owns JoonMoon Design with his beautiful wife. We are a family who loves to travel and discover places of rest. Stella was designed with that in mind. She is approachable, comfortable and invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. She is walking distance to Salisbury University and close to many restaurants and stores.
