Waterfront Mary Esther condo with plane views by Hurlbet AFB perfect for military TDY in summer, snowbird winters, and right by our beautiful beaches for beach tourists year-round. A short stroll will lead you to Target and post office. Our world famous beautiful pristine beaches are near by Just a mere 4.7 miles away. Destin beaches are just 10.7 miles away. Navarre Beach is also nearby and the Intracostal water way is in our backyard.

Little Breeze 2.0 is the sister unit to Airbnb's super host unit right next door! Little Breeze 2.0 is a relaxed, private two story townhome with two car driveway located in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. Close to both Hurlburt Field and Eglin. Fully stocked kitchen, appliances large and small, coffees, teas, and more. Cozy dining and living area with flat screen TV and workspace. Spacious backyard that is dog friendly! Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.
