Ganze Unterkunft in Esslingen

Willkommen in meiner Unterkunft. Die Souterrain-Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich zentral in Esslingen. Die Lage ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse. In die Stadt sind es 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bahn-und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der S-Bahn ist man sehr schnell in Stuttgart und an der Landesmesse Stuttgart/Flughafen. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit einer modernen Küche und Bad ausgestattet. Es stehen insgesamt ca.30 qm zur Verfügung. Wir leben im selben Haus mit zwei kleinen Kindern

Ob Künstler, Pendler, auf Montage, Wander-, Wein- und Kurzurlauber, ob allein oder zu Zweit, als Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen im vielfältigen Weinsberger Tal ist die Unterkunft bestens geeignet. Pantry-Küche(ausserhalb des Schlafraumes) eigenes Bad und Balkon bieten die nötige Unabhängigkeit und Rückzugsmöglichkeit.

Our comfortable appartment "Hüttenzauber" is located close to the historical citicenter of Dinkelsbühl. To the citycenter is as short 5 minutes footwalk. Nearby is also a childrens playground (300m), a open air Swimming river bath (200m). The indoor publich indoor Swimming pool with Sauna is about 1 km away. The appartment is in a very quiet area and has two sleeping rooms, living room, fully equiped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Man erreicht innerhalb von 15 Minuten Stuttgart Mitte oder den Flughafen. Alle Geschäfte des Alltags sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig ca 100 Meter entfernt. Ein Naherholungsgebiet ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung steht zu Deiner alleinigen Verfügung, hat einen eigenen Zugang und Parkplatz, ist allerdings nicht barrierefrei erreichbar. Dafür hast Du eine eigene Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Hier kannst Du entspannen und Deine Auszeit genießen.

Our guest quarters is located in an Exclusive area of Heidelberg, Neuenheim. Upon entering the main door, there is a door to the owners and to the left there are stairs leading down to the guest quarters. The newly remodel quarters offers a twin bed and twin sofa bed for up to 4 guest and a fully stocked kitchen. Public transportation is a few step away and downtown Neuenhein a 10- 15 min walk.

Welcome to the romantic heart of Franconia. Bad Windsheim is surrounded by the cornfields of the "Windsheimer Bucht" embeded by the hights of the "Frankenhöhe". To the east you can see the vineyards of Ipsheim with the medieval "Burg Hoheneck". Cities of interest are Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Würzburg, Bamberg and Nuremberg, which can be reached within 1 hour by train or car.

Die Wohnung ist zwar bei uns auf dem Grundstück, aber es handelt sich um eine separate Wohnung. Wir wohnen im Haus daneben.
