The Burke Ranch Bunkhouse !

Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Modern Farmhouse in Gas City

Completely brand new remodel from dated ranch house to modern farmhouse. Situated in charming Gas City minutes outside of Iola, home of the country’s largest town square. With a town motto like “Don’t pass Gas, stop and stay awhile” please stop and stay awhile in this beautiful home. No smoking and no pets indoors. Pets disclosed to host prior to visit can stay in the fenced backyard as long as any waste is disposed of properly. Any pets that are not disclosed will forfeit the security deposit.

Within two hours from Kansas City, Tulsa, Joplin or Wichita, and only 4 miles from Chanute Kansas, this preserved and revived cabin offers an easy getaway for city dwellers in need of a very affordable anniversary weekend, study or solitude retreat, or family hiking and fishing trip.

Beeman's Cabin

Tranquility and peacefulness surround you and helps you push the "reset" button on life! Step out the door and immerse yourself in nature! Evenings can be spent around the firepit, roasting marshmallows (which are complimentary), listening to coyotes howling in the distance or just gazing at the stars! Our furry friends will abide for your attention and will be a constant companion as you stroll down to the creek or up the trail to catch the setting sun. Life is better in the Country!

The Suburban Cabin

The Suburban Cabin is a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. The interior features a playful wildlife theme, with décor inspired by the great outdoors to make your stay feel like a cabin escape without leaving the suburbs. Bring your furry friends along—dogs are welcome here! Our large fenced-in backyard is perfect for letting pups (and kids) run and play safely. No need to stress about parking—enjoy abundant off-street parking right at the house.

Casa Bella is a luxury duplex within walking distance of eateries. Each 840 sq ft unit features high vaulted ceilings and a custom built, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, coffee bar, and full-sized appliances. Internet/Wifi equipped with a 55" tv in bedroom and 65" tv in living/dining area. Half bath off kitchen plus a private master bath featuring double sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. The closet has a custom closet system with full-sized washer and dryer.

Prairie Barn Cabin is a rustic 120+ year old barn featuring exposed beams and modern farmhouse charm. The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms featuring queen sized beds, the bedrooms are accessed by stairs and are connected by an open walk way featuring the exposed beams. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for a meal, and there is a laundry area for use. Watch the native wildlife in the wooded area surrounding the cabin just 3 miles north of Iola, KS.

Century old Farmhouse located in the Flinthills

Please Be Our Guest in a century-old farmhouse built by our great-grandfather. The residence has all modern conveniences including central heat and air and rural Water. Guests will have access to the lower floor which includes three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, sitting room, large family room, and utility room with washer and dryer. A large porch and wooden deck are perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet offered by this rural location.

Enjoy easy access to all Iola has to offer from this perfectly located home base. Located in the historic King Bridge Company building on the southeast side of the largest town square in America that now houses Audacious Boutique, Alpha Dog, and 4Ms and a Silent Q Bookstore, this newly created apartment is great for exploring the area. Park your car and then use the local bike trail system to explore the newly created Lehigh Portland State Park.

Ranch House

Beautiful 2 story house, built in the 1800’s updated. The home sits in a beautiful location of the Flint Hills. You can sit on the back porch or front porch and watch beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The Ranch House has a big beautiful manicured yard. Cattle roam right up next to the properties fence. A short walk down the road is a babbling creek. A quiet, beautiful, setting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Summit Hill Gardens Cottage, a little bit of paradise, is a place to enjoy solitude, peace and quiet. Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.
