The house was as described- clean, neat, comfortable for a family, and well equipped with all the necessities. We had an amazing time, and Dd is such a great host.

Emily’s place is amazing. I haven’t stayed in a home where so much love and thought goes into their space. The trolley to load all required for the lakeside beach made for the perfect day. Fishing rods, chairs, buckets and spades, mat to everything at the house, crickets set, basketball, football, toys, puzzles, books the lot! Beds are amazing too. It’s a must visit, and I will 💯 be back!

It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy, and beautifully designed home away from home!

We had a great time staying at Paul and Dan’s place. It looks exactly like the photos - modern, spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Not only is it surrounded by some great restaurants and cafes, but it’s also in walking distance to the tram in case you want to head further into the CBD. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in Southbank.

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Comfortable home with good wifi and off street parking.
