There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. Udobna kuća sa bazenom smještena je u podnožju srednjovjekovnog grada Motovuna, u blizini rijeke Mirne. U osamljenom selu Benčići (udaljeno 5km od Motovuna) u kojem se nalaze samo 3 kuće, smjestila se i naša kuća pogodna za 6 osoba. Lokacija je potpuno okružena prirodom, a samim time i atmosfera je mirna i tiha. Postoje brojne biciklističke i pješačke staze, kao i povijesna željeznička ruta Parenzana. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
