On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Milonas Guest House

To Milonas Guest House είναι μια πέτρινη κατοικία στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του κάστρου της Μονεμβασιάς. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την κεντρική πλατεία του Ελκόμενου Χριστού, έτσι η μετακίνηση γίνεται πολύ εύκολη. Λόγο της θέσης του διαθέτει πανοραμική θέα στο κάστρο και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα! Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
