We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Although there is no living room, there is an intimate seating arrangement beside the fireplace to enjoy with a book, coffee or drink. The City of Stratford has implemented a Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4%, which I have had to add to the nightly room fee.

Warm up after on the love seat while in front of the fireplace. A/C keeps you comfortable in the summer. This queen sized bed is fantastic to enjoying the free Wifi and Firestick TV. Basement Apartment for long or short stays

This basement room is like an apartment with it's own private entrance, down 5 exterior steps. Enjoy a tiny private bathroom, kitchenette & shared laundry area. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate with pots, dishes & silverware. Room has two beds, desk, dresser and TV with DVD player & FireTV. Please note the bathroom is very small, do not complain about it, you've been informed!

Beautiful, new, self contained studio suite with large, Luxury hot tub. Come and stay with the crew of the Stratford Festival. Walking distance to theatres and city centre. Private driveway with keypad entry. The studio suite faces the garden. It has a queen sized Endy bed.
