Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Sunny modern apartment Nazareth

Brightfull one bedroom appartment located in Nazareth, 12 km away from the city center of Ghent. The appartment has a very large living room with fully equiped kitchen. Nice bathroom. 1 bedroom with double bed. There is also a south-oriented terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner when the weather is nice. The appartment is on walking distance from good bakeries, supermarkets and public transportations. A direct bus to Ghent is stopping 1 minute away from our front door.

Notre ancienne exploitation agricole, reconvertie en maison de charme entourée d’un grand jardin à l’anglaise comprenant un étang, est située à côté d’un joli ruisseau jouxtant des prairies où paissent chevaux et vaches, à quelques encablures du bourg. Notre propriété plaît autant aux voyageurs désireux de découvrir la région qu’aux femmes et hommes d’affaires qui y trouvent quiétude et sérénité. Biévène ( Bever) est située non loin des villes plaisantes d’Enghien, de Lessines et de Grammont.

Lovely newly-built one bedroom apartment in the heart of Ghent. Located in one of the main shopping avenues and within close walking distance of all the main cultural, entertainment and commercial hubs. The apartment is located on the second floor. Even though it is located in the city centre, the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet, especially in the evening and during the night. The apartment is perfect for a city-trip and expats looking to stay in Ghent for several weeks or months.

A 10 minutes à pied de la gare du midi, à 200 mètres d'une station de tram, vous êtes au parfait endroit pour visiter la ville toute entière.
