Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. This brand new villa is situated in Gornja Podstrana, a small village on the hill 10km south from Split. It's a peaceful oaza surrounded by unspoiled nature, perfect to take all the stress away. As our guest you will have all the property for yourself, and you can spend your days relaxing in a pool with breathtaking view of Split and islands. Although the house is not near the town center, a 15min drive will get to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy and all the facilites you might need.

Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

Villa „Unique” is a luxury residence built in 2019. It is located in Kučine, the most beautiful suburb of Split, about 9 km from the ancient city of Split. Kučine are famous for their unique Mediterranean surrounding which is reflected in the Villa through the combination of our local and traditional style with elements of contemporary elegance and luxury. According to the oral tradition, Kučine are also known for being the birth place of the Roman Emperor Diocletian.

Our big appartment has two bedrooms with king size bed and two single beds, huge wardrobe adn storage place, big balcony with beautiful view at the sea, kitchen, bathroom, TV, WIFI. There is a free parking in front of the house. Beach is two minutes driving from the house. Split is 10 minutes driving from the house. There are a lot of restaurants, sports content and all other activities that you can imagine! Nature around the house is amazing and one of a kind.
