The property is located close to the organised sandy beach with the crystal clear waters of Skala village. Just around the corner there are shops such as bakery, restaurants and cafes, sweet shops, pharmacy, doctor office, and so you can have access to everything you want. Rent a bicycle or scooter (license needed) to move around or use the local bus.

Amazing Garden-Cottage in Aegina

The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing. A BABY-SITTER IS AVAILABLE ANY TIME THERE IS A RAMP for wheelchairs

The maisonette is newly built and nicely located at the heart of Aegina town. It is built over 1st and 2nd floor and accommodates up to 6 people.

An independent studio in a beautiful estate near the forest and the sea. It is situated in Agioi near Souvala and 15 minutes from Aegina port. It is 500 meters from the sea. The estate has a swimming pool which guests can use and lots of plants and nature.
