These two private villas are thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and style. Each villa features a spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor, complete with Smart TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen for effortless self-catering. A convenient guest WC is also located on the ground level.

Kalamaki-Sunset 2 is a freshly renovated apartment located just 5 minutes from the sea. Villa Mojito was built in 2020. It has stunning views of Mount Psiloritis, the Messara valley and the sea. The house offers everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing holiday. There are several terraces and covered spaces, as well as a large sun terrace by the pool. In 2022 we added a large electrical pergola to provide extra shade. The house has excellent air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and warm in winter. We also have a pellet stove.
