Once an old family tannery, this home is now a cozy retreat for guests worldwide. Enjoy easy sea access just 5 meters across the road for a quick swim. With its own entrance, downstairs offers a kitchen, comfy living area with dining table, 2 sofa beds and a bathroom. Upstairs, a peaceful bedroom opens to a terrace. The loft is located right on Chrissi Akti Public Beach (Golden Beach), one of the best beaches close to Chania (4km, 8min), accessible also by bus. It offers an amazing view to the sea. The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. The apartment is supplemented with a huge private veranda, where you can spend most of your time when not at the beach, and a separate room for laundry and storage. It is suitable for families with kids/babies.

Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Enjoy your vacation in one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of Chania, that is called Agii Apostoli. The house is ideally located for those who are looking for the calmness of a seaside area, but at the same time very close to the city center. It is just 200m away from the sandy beaches of Agii Apostoli and 4km from the center of Chania. In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

The Orange Studio, 1 min walk from Kalamaki beach

With great zeal and respect to our guests, we created a pleasant accommodation space with all the necessary conveniences. The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Our lovely apartment at Daratsos is next to the sandy beach of Chryssi Akti (30 meters) and 2,5 km from the center of Chania. It has sea view from the living room and from the balcony. At the district you can find delicious traditional taverns and restaurants, bus stop, mini market and big supermarkets. The apartment is ideal for families and couples looking relax and comfort.
