50 steps from the most famous beach of the island is located this welcoming and stylish house with a mix of traditional and modern touches. In a distance of 50 steps there are mini markets, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, bus station, taxis, beach bars, diving center, the sea ofcourse and in the same time is situated in a quiet location. The house is well equipped, it has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories, toast and coffe maker, hair dryer, iron and a make up station.

It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. This traditional house,located in the Bourgos area, is dated back in the 16th century and has been fully renovated. The apartment is 67 square meters in total, with a private courtyard and is within a very short walking distance from the Venetian Castle, the port, the central bus station, taxi station, traditional bakery, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and different shops.Although the house is located very close to all those places the neighborhood is very quiet.
