We are easy to access to Government offices, Medical treatment places, the major colleges in the area, as well as highway Rt 7, Rt 2, I-87, I-90, and 787. We are a short drive to CNY fertility, the Regeneron pharmaceutical Co & the Government offices

You’ll love my place because of it's centralized location and ease of access to major highways, getting you out to shopping, dining and parks or back on the road. The cozy at home feeling you will have in my home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Drive a rural river road 20 minutes to art openings /farmers markets/ dining in HUDSON Hudson is now the “ northern most art neighborhood of MANHATTAN. Bath room shared, spotless: claw foot tub, shower spray handle. Enjoy view of Schodack Island State Park/3 mikes up the road - wildlife preserve. Use my home as a base to explore.
