Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former Architect’s studio has been set up as a one bedroom guest house. It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

The Back 80 Yurt

Is a spacious 24 foot Yurt next to Mt Cardigan state park. From the Yurt you can hike ,snow shoe or backcountry ski on miles of well marked AMC trails , as well as climb Firescrew and Mt Cardigan. This is the only off-grid Yurt acessable to the AMC state park. This is not a drive up, in the winter prepare to hike 1 mile, and in the summer 300 yards up a windy forest path. The Yurt has everything you will want from a wood stove , cook stoves. We have raised the price for plowing cost

Treetop Sanctuary

Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. The space is perfect for reconnecting with nature. Amenities: Elec. WIFI, Compost toilet, Woodstove (I supply firewood), Fridge. Bring; *SLEEPING BAGS* or Blankets/Linens (queen size) Pots and pans, (If You wish to cook on the stove) Accepting children 10 +up. Absolutely no pets. 4wd/awd during winter pls.

Lay in bed and look out the huge picture window at the farm. You might see cats climbing trees, hummingbirds, snowflakes falling, lightning storms and many more beautiful moments. We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. Come stay at this cozy modern cabin in the Eastman community on a private 4-acre lot overlooking a heavily wooded forest. Large windows facing the woods let in a ton of light and make you feel like you’re in the treetops. The house is perfect for a small family getaway or a couples retreat. Go for a dip in Eastman Lake down the road or explore hiking and biking trails which are plentiful and nearby. Please note, 4-wheel-drive may be necessary in certain weather conditions.
