You are booking 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. We share the kitchen with you (the space is not entirely private). We're a couple in our late 30s with a dog, and our bedroom is downstairs. We enjoy sharing our home and having good company! The house is a 10-minute drive to Tahoe City and Palisades (Alpine base). There are hiking & backcountry ski trails nearby. The Mountaineer shuttle takes you to Alpine base for free (on the weekend). If you're looking to relax, we have a hot tub.
