Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Modern 1BD/1BTH open concept home in pine trees on Banner Mountain. Walking distance to local trails, 10 minutes to downtown Nevada City/Grass Valley. All products are organic. Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress if six occupants are desired. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.
