You will enjoy your own private living space. Duplex. Our place is a beautifully restored Craftsman home, spacious, clean, and wonderfully appointed for a very comfortable stay. I’m available on the premises next door if you need anything. Near the end of a leafy, quiet street close to downtown San Jose. We are close to San Jose Airport, Convection Center, Train/Bus station, highways 280, 101, and 87. NOTE: We are compliant with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines to keep our quest and ourselves safe.

Welcome to our cozy unit which is located in north San Jose 95131/South Bay Area. It's a unit with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, full kitchen, living room. The back yard is shared with the other unit (The other unit is in the same house with separate entrance). Quiet neighborhood near a park. Near 88O, 68O, and 1O1 freeways. 4 miles to San Jose airport. 5 miles to downtown San Jose. 1-2 miles to Lucky Supermarket, Costco Wholesale, 99 Ranch Chinese supermarket and a lot of Asian restaurants.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.
