Cottage in the Gardens

Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. Ride a ferry from Steilacoom WA, in South Puget Sound, to arrive at this unique island get-a-way. This space is perfect for a couple getaway, or a family looking for an opportunity to be away from the city. There is currently not a store, a gas station, or a coffee shop on the island. Please plan your meals accordingly There is a restaurant for dinners.

Peaceful waterfront retreat with Mt. Rainier views

Get away for a weekend or longer and enjoy this peaceful retreat with its stunning views of Mt. Rainier and the South Sound islands. The historic house has plenty of room to spread out and, comfortable spaces to gather together. Launch your kayaks (provided) from the private beach or dock, then paddle around and explore Filucy Bay. For fine dining (or just great, casual food), visit nearby Gig Harbor or stay and cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.
