Dès votre arrivée dans cette vaste propriété par une allée privée spécialement aménagée pour votre villa, vous pouvez garer votre voiture sous la grande pergola à quelques mètres de la villa. Vous ressentez immédiatement l'étendue du lieu tout en réalisant qu'un logement parfaitement intégré au cadre pittoresque des Cyclades vous attend. La zone extérieure attenante à la villa est divisée en deux sections, offrant chacune intimité et détente: l'une à l'arrière (entrée de la villa, cour intérieure) et l'autre sur l'avant (côté piscine). Côté piscine: la piscine de 14 mètres de long, réalisée avec de magnifiques mosaïques italiennes, offre une vue imprenable sur la mer Égée. Elle dispose de chaises longues et d'une spacieuse pergola invitant à la détente lors des journées ensoleillées au bord de la piscine. Une douche extérieure y est disponible. De même, sur le côté piscine, un autre espace de détente à découvert vous invite à profiter des soirées et à contempler le ciel étoilé. Une jolie table en marbre, sous la pergola, peut être utilisée pour prendre ses repas ou bien y travailler. Côté cour intérieure: Dans la cour intérieure privée, d'environ 150 mètres carrés, vous trouverez des arbres fruitiers (oranges, pamplemousses mangues) et pourrez profiter d'une autre table en marbre de plus de 3 mètres de long et ainsi que du barbecue au gaz. Espaces intérieurs Les intérieurs de OIKIA représentent un parfait équilibre entre confort, fonctionnalité, simplicité et design traditionnel. La maison propose 3 chambres : deux avec des lits doubles et la troisième avec 2 lits simples. Chaque chambre est équipée de placards spacieux et de haute qualité, et certaines comprennent un espace de travail. Les 3 salles de bains, dont 2 sont attenantes, sont toutes construites avec des matériaux de haute qualité tels que le marbre vert local. Dans la salle de bains principale (chambre verte), il y a également une douche extérieure, accessible uniquement par la salle de bains attenante, offrant ainsi une intimité totale. La grande cuisine entièrement équipée, avec plans de travail en céramique, offre toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin.
