L’appartement 5 June 2004 se trouve au 1er etage du bâtiment et possède une incroyable terrasse face à la mer et au coucher de soleil. Il est compose de deux chambres à coucher (lit double divisible en 2 lits simples et lit double 1 place et demie), une salle de bain dans une chambre, une kitchenette donnant sur la grande terrasse.
