Our family were very happy with venue. Our 9 grandchildren had plenty of space to play in and they had plenty of activities there to occupy them. We adults had our own space for meals and catching up. The coffee machine was a great hit too. We highly recommend this house for families.

Stunning place! Looks like the photos but even bigger. The kitchen was great and had everything you could possibly need, also loved the big selection of tea. Movie room was cosy with a nice couch and surround sound and the beds were comfy. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location just a short drive from the beach.

Our group had a very comfortable stay in this centrally located rental. Regional Escapes were great to deal with and we loved having the option to secure a late check out.

Its a very lovely house. Our group of 9 feel straight at home when we arrived. Plenty of rooms for everybody (6 beds, up to 12 people comfortably). We spent most of our time upstairs during dinner and talks. Too bad the dryer was not available to use, but everything else was okay. Woke up early to catch sunrise on the beach and on mariners lookout walk for a great view. Overall worth it for large group. Not the lowest cost but its very homey

What an amazing home! A very private, clean, spacious and family friendly home with a comfortable outdoor area and a lovely dog friendly enclosed backyard. Fantastic location - just a short stroll to shops and beach. Dariusz is an amazing host - very helpful with an informative “Welcome package” emailed in advance. Would highly recommend this beautiful home - everything was just fantastic and perfect!! Thank you so much.

This place is exactly what is advertised. What a great place! We walked into nice smells, warmth and a bottle chilled, nice touch Fran. The bed, the bath, the view! All stellar! I want that bed, bath and view all year round. Attention to detail was my biggest carry out. So many pump bottles with various creams and lotions. Luxury bathrobes. The bed again, it was next level. Fire place with everything you needed. Windows very clean, even the balcony wall glass. Gardens pretty, so pretty. Sofa big enough to lounge on. Kitchen with everything I needed, even quality plates and bowls. Single drawer dishwasher! Black out draw down blinds. The spa has candles. A local guide book that is actually helpful! 7min drive to town. Earth friendly products. I found this place to be the best place on Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. I could go on about their attention to detail. Fran was really attentive to anything I had to ask. We had zero issues and now have an Airbnb we’ll visit more. Thanks Fran.

Our stay at Chocolate Gannets was absolutely magical. The villa offered stunning ocean views, direct beach access, and a cozy fireplace that made our evenings unforgettable. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast hamper and the private koala track behind the property. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring every detail was taken care of. This hidden gem along the Great Ocean Road is the perfect blend of luxury and nature. We can't wait to return!

We had an incredible stay, loved the sunken spa with a magnificent view!! Great location, easy day trip to 12 Apostles and Otway Fly. Amazing food, especially the lobster at the fish co-op. If you are looking for a couples getaway that isn’t your everyday hotel, check out Point of View!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and welcoming this Airbnb was. The space was not only immaculately clean but also tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every detail, from the cozy linens to the thoughtful amenities, made us feel right at home. Fran and Mikhala were very helpful and responded instantly. Overall it was an amazing stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Wat een prachtige plek aan de Great Ocean Road! Mooi centraal tussen Apollo Bay, Cape Otway Lighthouse, Johanna Beach en de 12 Apostles. En wat een uitzicht op zowel de heuvels als de oceaan. De cottage is vrij basic, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er incl. een lekker bed en een goeie warme douche. En het is zo heerlijk rustig daar. We zouden zeker weer kiezen voor deze prachtige plek!

We had such a wonderful stay at Jan’s place! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took the time to show us around the property, which was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. Jan went above and beyond to accommodate us and our pup—she provided everything from a dog bed to wipes, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. The cottage and gardens were absolutely immaculate. It’s clear Jan takes great pride in the space, and it really shows in every detail. We especially loved relaxing in the sauna and outdoor bath after a long day of driving—such a perfect way to unwind. Sunny was a definite highlight too! We couldn’t recommend this stay more. Thank you, Jan, for such a memorable and comfortable experience!

We were absolutely blown away by Peter’s incredible property. We had a magical stay in the stunning surroundings. You don’t get any closer to nature than this. We had a brilliant time on the kayaks, relaxed in the sauna and let ourselves drift away in the spa. The accommodation had everything we needed and Peter was a great host. Highly recommended staying here.

We have stayed at this gorgeous house a number of times over the years. It’s a perfect set up for our family of 5 and beautifully set up to bring our dog. A cushion for him to sleep on and well fenced. Fantastic bike tracks & walking tracks, bike racks etc make it a desirable location with our 3 teenage boys. We love the vibe, the outdoor bath is divine with a glass of wine under the stars. The coonara on inside and a game of uno is high on our list each time. We will def be back again soon.

Absolutely beautiful place, The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. Even gave us fererro roches and fresh fruit. Offered us late checkout too ! Really kind hosts. Would stay here again for sure and 100% would recommend this beautiful spot.
