Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping, wifi, Bike/Ski Valet, use of common area Pool, Hot Tubs and Fitness Center, as made available by the resort. This unit is owned in Saturday-to-Saturday intervals so please do not request to book anything that crosses ownership weeks without first inquiring

We did a complete top to bottom remodel of our light-filled, large and cozy 2 story townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms -- all with heated floors. The great room overlooking the river is perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day on the mountain -- summer or winter. The pool and two hot tubs only add to the fun!! We are just 1.5 blocks to City Market and the center of Aspen. You don't need a car, but we have parking if you have one !! We do not have air conditioning.
