Our home is well loved and is a great place to spend some quality family time. It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

This bright and beachy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 6 guests and is pet-friendly, making it an ideal space to vacation with your entire family. The spacious screened porch offers the perfect perch to savor your morning coffee with the sunrise or relax with friends and family while enjoying fresh, locally sourced seafood.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. Havana Hideaway offers a charming and unique retreat inspired by the vibrant culture of Cuba, capturing the essence of Havana through its decor and ambiance. As you climb the stairs to its entrance above the barn, you are treated to beautiful pastoral sights. Inside, you are greeted by colorful and tropical-inspired decor that immediately transports you to a Cuban paradise. After a day in town or neighboring beaches, you can return to your tropical retreat and unwind on the private balcony.

"Jolly"- Houseboat Getaway

"Tiny house on the water"! Jolly is a 42ft Holiday Mansion. Baywater Landing buzzes with watermen & boaters by day & is a peaceful stargazing hotspot by night. She features a master suite & deck areas to enjoy! 35 mins from Ocean City & Assateague Island. 45 mins from Chincoteague Island. Jolly remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

Enjoy your days at the beach, boating, fishing, birding, and more. Return home to be greeted by goats as you pull in the drive. Coffee, tea, and farm fresh eggs will be waiting for your arrival. She is walking distance to Salisbury University and close to many restaurants and stores.
