Located on 6+ acres of forested land, staying at the cabin feels like you’re at your own little mountain retreat, even though you’re close to town and plenty of other things to explore. We’ve designed our cabin to be cozy and inviting, the kind of place you go to reflect, get lost in a book, or reconnect with friends and family. We hope we can host you soon!

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

For an adventurous twist, grab a kayak or paddle board and explore the tranquil waters of this Gig Harbor lake. After a day of fun, relax next to the lakeside fire or enjoy a card game in the cozy gathering areas inside.

Waterfront with Hot Tub PNW Cabin

Your vacation rental, Marea, sits right at the water's edge on low bank waterfront with unobstructed views. There's a permitted Deep-water floating dock (if you would like to arrive by boat). RV parking is also available. The beach is littered with oysters & clams. The expansive deck is ideal for entertaining or enjoying the views from the hot tub. Enjoy kayaking and bird watching while roasting smores around the firepit. 3 kayaks are available. No Pets please.
