We had the best time and loved our view of the slopes from the porch! The pool and hot tub area was so nice and everyone was so friendly. Our son had a great time. It was a very kid friendly environment. Sherrie was an awesome communicator and very sweet. We will definitely be back.

Very happy to find such a great place to stay in Beech Mountain! Everything was just what you want for a trip: clear directions, helpful area details, easy and efficient check-in and place was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay!!

I cannot say enough about Ryan's place. It was well stocked with everything a family needs for a fun weekend in the mountains. The indoor pool/hot tub was perfect and very close by. You do need AWD so don't skip that instruction. But if you're going to the mountains for skiing, tubing, alpine coastering, etc., you found a perfectly centrally location. In a very private and quiet gated community, we felt safe and at-home. Lots of local breakfast spots we needed more mornings to explore. Highly recommended, would stay again, your adventure awaits.

The condo was perfect for skiing at Beech Mountain. Easy drive to and from. The condo offered a cozy feel that made the snowy days just right. Perfect for our winter break!

AWESOME landing zone with tons of space for our family. The 2nd bathroom and bedroom was the cherry on top. I hate putting the teenager on an uncomfortable sofa bed so having his own room and bathroom was great. However….had we needed the sofa bed, this one is not your typical old thin pullout. It was a super comfortable sofa/futon style upgrade, so no worries if you use it. The hot water and pressure were good. The location is walkable if you’re not afraid of cardio, as there are stairs and uphill grades, but hey….you’re in the mountians. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cranberry Cottage. It was immaculate, comfortable, and charming. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and even dog bowls and toys to use during your stay. Our Labradors loved playing in the fenced in yard while we sat around the fire pit. Kathy was a wonderful host with great communication. The little extras like snacks, drinks, and toiletries were greatly appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic and comfortable stay, This place has all you need. Private yet close to everything. Don’t sleep on this one, we’ll be back.

This place was a delight. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable king size bed, nice couch, and everything just looked so nice too. We had the fire going every night, with just the touch of a button. I definitely recommend this place because I would stay here again!

This house was amazing, me and my family wanted to get away from the city for the weekend and this was a great place to stay at, it was very peaceful. we definitely would book again!

Beautiful accommodations in a beautiful area! Elizabeth was a great host and went above and beyond- including door dashing us ping pong balls when we couldn’t find them. Hope to return in the future.

Our entire experience was amazing, and the house was exactly as described. Edward was very responsive and provided very clear instructions on getting to the property. Most importantly, when our car got hit and became undrivable (not on the property) during our stay, he was so kind and allowed us to stay past the check-out time. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to the mountains!

Great location and perfect for two families with kids. Walked to slopes and skied to lifts! Such a great space! The host was awesome! Super responsive and friendly and knowledgeable! Very nostalgic and classic feel to the home, amenities were as described. Host was responsive and friendly, where we felt right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay! This condo is very close to yummy restaurants and fun things to do. Our toddler loved sleeping in the bunk bed and it was plenty of space for the 3 of us.

Sarah's condo was beautiful. The view from the porch was stunning. This was our 2nd time staying at Sugar Top & first time at her condo. She is excellent at communication as well!

Condo was very comfortable and spacious. Updates to an older unit made it feel really modern. The only FYI I would provide is that each room has a wall heater, which is nice to keep it cozy, but they can be a little loud compared to central heating. The pool/common area was well maintained, obviously older, but in good shape. We would definitely stay again. Host was really responsive to questions.

Very attentive host and even though I made the reservation at the last minute when I arrived my car was already registered at the security guardhouse and the apartment was impeccable and has a unique view of Sugar Mountain!

Wonderful visit and host. Communicative, clear instructions and prompt. Very convenient to the slopes. Out the back door, about a 40 yard walk down a slightly steep slope, over a small creek, then right on the Carolina Caribbean green / bunny run. The walk itself takes a total of 8 mins and could be done with our 10 and 7 year olds with a little patience and help :-)

Jennifer and her co-hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Close to ski slopes, but not within walking distance, which was fine with us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The porch furniture was the best, love the gliders. And the view of Grandfather Mountain and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Great experience!!

This lower level condo was so cute and perfect for our stay at Sugar Mountain. The bed was so comfortable and the whole condo was clean and inviting. There were guidebooks and everything you need to cook and stay. My 4.5 year old loved it also. We went snow tubing twice, to the alpine coaster, to mast General in Valle Crucis, walked Bass Lake in Blowing Rock and ate at the Bayou which had a great Apple Brandy Moscow Mule and Banner Elk Cafe. We highly recommend this cute condo!
