AirCon is in every room. 4 full bathrooms. Private parking is included. There is a bus around the corner and a train station 7 minutes away directly to the center of Barcelona, airport is 10km away.

This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Il y a de belles maisons. Et puis il y a celle-ci : celle qui t’accueille avec une vue panoramique sur la Méditerranée tellement insolente que tu as envie d’emménager avant même d’ouvrir la valise. Ici, tout est simple : de grandes fenêtres, une lumière à foison et cette atmosphère chaleureuse qui fait dire à ton corps « ici, je reste ». Détends-toi. La maison s’occupe du travail difficile.

Deux étages et une belle terrasse avec vue et orientée vers la mer, cuisine-bureau et salon-salle à manger, 2 chambres doubles et une individuelle, deux salles de bains et un WC. Il y a des escaliers : non adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite en fauteuil roulant.
