The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. Property includes three generous sized, light filled bedrooms (2 king 1 queen), two bathrooms plus extra toilet and hot and cold outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. New architectural outdoor pavilion provides extra outdoor living and dining space.
