Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Sur la plage

Très rare: appartement avec accès direct à la plage, place de parking, 3 pièces, 70m², piscine d'eau de mer, grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer dans une petite résidence d'un étage calme et sécurisée. La plage de sable est très propre et équipée de douches. Il a été rénové en 2022 et est très équipé: machine à laver le linge, la vaisselle et un four. Il est extrêmement bien situé entre Los Christianos et Las Americas avec des magasins d'alimentation, restaurants et des bars accessibles à pieds.
