Kitchenette with medium refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, griddle designed to cook anything, and eating utensils. Grill on patio. Beach gear.

Located 9 minutes from downtown with amazing shops, dining and museums. Three large bedrooms, two baths with a relaxing soaker tub. Not to mention balconies off the master bedroom and living room. The forest behind here will give you that seclusion feel, along with turtles, fish, and incredible bird life.

Located just off I-10, our home provides easy access for travelers and is just a short walk away from Panera, Starbucks, grocery stores, and several restaurants/shops. Enjoy the convenience of having everything you need within reach, while still being able to experience the country-like feel of our neighborhood. Our home is only 25-30 minutes to Pensacola Beach/Perdido Key and 40-45 minutes from Foley, AL/OWA Amusement Park.

Cozy Traveller's Cottage Close to Downtown

This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children. Please note for your comfort the standard weight capacity for the bedframe is approx 500 lbs. I have two sweet pups (Lily, Hildey) and an outdoor cat (Skipper-Doo).

Maggie's Carriage House is a professionally decorated carriage house in the historic East Hill neighborhood. We are one block from Bayview Park - you can enjoy walks, paddle boarding and kayaking.
