The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

The Barn

The Barn is a bright, well-appointed studio which offers beautiful surrounds in a fully self-contained space. Explore our 50 acre property including your own forest. Located in the quiet hamlet of Deans Marsh, the hinterland of Lorne. Just a stroll to The Store cafe. Only 20 minutes to Lorne with the Otways at your doorstep. Other attractions include bush walking, local wineries, bird watching and mountain bike rides. Although the main house is adjacent, your privacy is assured.

Situated at the foothills of the stunning Otway Ranges, Croft House is a stylish three-bedroom property overlooking rolling farmland on the edge of Birregurra. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .
