Sweet, Sunny Studio & Private Patio

This bright, remodeled studio has vaulted ceilings, a skylight, air conditioning, and laminate flooring. Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials. Bathroom has tile flooring and a tile shower, but no bathtub. It's a large private studio with a little nook area for the comfy queen bed. Large desk for working! The large, fully fenced, sunny patio is yours to enjoy. The space is completely private both inside and outside.

Bright, and airy with windows throughout and a spectacular view of the redwoods. You are just under a ten minute car ride away from the beach. The property is on 3 acres with over 100 redwoods too large to put your arms around. The large decks, stone patio and pathways, hot tub, and grill add to the opportunity to forest bathe and enjoy the outdoor beauty.

The Beach House

This stunning house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.
