Our southwest-facing home truly catches the Sonoma light. The European lime plaster and heated underfloor make it comfortable in all seasons. There's a million dollar view of the Petaluma Valley - best seen from the hot tub - only steps from the French doors of the master bedroom. You can roam around our beautiful two acres which have been planted and landscaped along Permaculture principles. Feel free to pick from the fruit trees! Petaluma, Sebastopol, and Sonoma are only short rides away.

Sonoma Vineyard Retreat

This is a vacationers dream with lots of outdoor patios set amongst plush gardens and trees with vineyards bordering on two sides. It has a lighted bocce court, hot and cool tub, two BBQs, etc. Open and spacious floor plan offers lots windows and french doors and a large dining table. Plenty of sleeping and work options with 2 kings, 2 queens and a sofa bed, plus 3 desks. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets and walks past vineyards and farm animals in the neighborhood. Kid and dog friendly.

Bicycle Alley Cottage

Clean, cozy and comfy. 98% walk factor. Close to shops, restaurants, brewery and live music. While the cottage is private and peaceful, it’s close to art, many culinary choices and fun entertainment. We do not have central a/c or heat. Summer: window ac cools the house. Winter: each bedroom has baseboard heaters controlled by a wall knob. Other rooms are kept warm with very new space heaters. The cottage warms up quickly. PLZ DO NOT TURN ON THE POT BELLY STOVE. it’s inoperable! Thx u!
