Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

La ferme rénovée "Villa Vallis" (150m²) dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains à l'étage supérieur. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve le salon avec une cheminée et la cuisine intérieure, entièrement meublée à un niveau élevé. La villa entière est climatisée / chauffée. Il y a une cour intérieure couverte et ombragée (60 m²) avec une cuisine extérieure et une cheminée grill ouverte, qui peut également faire tourner les cochons de lait à moteur.
