Unser modernes Bauernhaus mit der Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage inmitten von Apfelwiesen, mit herrlichem Blick aufs Unterland; südlich der Landeshauptstadt Bozen. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die nahe Umgebung, Ausflüge sowie sportliche Aktivitäten. Der Paterhof- wohnen in historischen Mauern

Die Paterwohnung in Kaltern, im Ortsteil Oberplanitzing gelegen, ist ein historisches Gebäude und der ehemals südlichste Stützpunkt des Klosters Tegernsee. Im ersten Stock gelegen, finden sich in der Paterwohnung noch heute architektonische Hinweise, wie etwa die barocke Kasettendecke mit dem Schutzheiligen des Tegernsees, St. Quirinus. Alte Holztüren, knarrende Böden und Stuckaturen an den Wänden sorgen für historisches Flair, während das neue Bad und die Einrichtung für Komfort sorgt.

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung wurde 2022 neu erbaut und befindet sich im schönen Weindorf Girlan (Cornaiano). Nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch (5 min) erreichen Sie den Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und eine Busanbindung. Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen oder dem Kalterer See, die Landeshauptstadt Bozen liegt ebenfalls nur 18 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike - Touren und Ausflüge.
