Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Hoch über dem Tal gelegen über eine Bergstraße erreicht man das historische Haus Oberlandtal. Umrahmt von weiten Bergwiesen auf denen Steinschafe entspannt weiden. Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Watzmann und Hochkalter lassen sie von Beginn an die Zeit vergessen. Die kuschelige Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem Südbalkon wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Restaurants zu Fuß in 10 Min. oder in 2 Automin. erreichbar. BERGBAHNEN Werfenweng 2 km, OBERTAUERN 49 km, Ski AMADE und Therme AMADE 25 km. Viele Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Studio apartment suitable for a couple looking to spend a few days in the mountains. The Studio is 18sqm large and is equipped with a large double bed, a small dining table, a basic kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studio is located on the second floor. There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!
