Just steps from Troy’s best dining, art, nightlife, and wedding venues—and less than a block from the RPI approach—this gem is perfect for a romantic getaway, solo escape, or stylish stay while visiting the area.

This second-floor apartment features beautiful marble fireplace, plenty of natural light, peaceful stay. The river view is accessible behind the building. The Troy downtown area is less than three miles away. There are seven other units available in the building for a larger party.Our units are not equipped to host any animals. We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.

Take a walk in the woods...enjoy the unique landscaping...try goat yoga! Or, experience some of the area’s AMAZING food, beverages, shopping, and attractions!

Irish-Inspired Hunt Box Retreat for Horse Lovers

Set on 38 acres, the home is influenced by Irish equestrians. Its owner Kelli spent time learning from some of the best horseman in Ireland who resided in their own “Hunt Box”or small living quarters connected directly to the barn. The large floor to ceiling windows allow you to experience watching the horses in their natural state. The space provides guests with the small, simple and beautiful moments of being an equestrian. This is an unforgettable experience like no other.

During your stay, you will be able to meet our Shire horses, Scottish highland cows, Gloucestershire spotted pigs, Nigerian dwarf goats, many chickens and ducks! Off street parking, free WiFi and breakfast included. My home is a quick 5 min walk to Emma Willard School, 1.5 miles to RPI, and 2 miles to Russell Sage College. Welcome to The June Arthur Farm! This beautiful spot has a long agricultural history. It hasn't been in production for the past 40 years but we're slowly bringing it back to life. It's once again producing good, happy, Hudson Valley food: eggs, fruit, lamb, and beef. We hope you'll come visit us. Note for the skiers out there: We're 20 minutes from Jiminy Peak!
