A bus to Cairns CBD is also only a short walk away, and I have plenty of room for off-street parking. I live alone and am often away, so privacy and use of all amenities is no problem. There are three condos on the property and they all have their own space and privacy. The pool and surrounding area is communal which is pretty cool spot to hang out for an afternoon with a few drinks. The neighbour is that quiet you can hear the birds singing, waterfall, chimes, and the leaves from the trees in the background. Care takers and two Jacks live in the condo out the back which looks after the property.
