We're a family of four with two little kids and this place was perfect! The house didn't have a lot of breakable stuff and there was enough space for the kids to roam. The best perk was the dock and the proximity to Honeymoon Beach! Dave was very friendly and went above and beyond! We'll be back for sure!

First Airbnb we stayed in with every attention to detail checked. The condo was in pristine condition. All the amenities you could ask for in a beach community were there. The appliances and utensils in the kitchen were as if you were in a chef’s kitchen. Kudos to Jeremy. We only wish he had other properties around the USA!!!

This condo was just perfect for our family of three for Spring Break! Not being super familiar with the Clearwater area, I was a little nervous that being in North Clearwater would be too far away from all of the restaurants and things to do, but it was honestly such a blessing! Spring breakers were really heavy down by the pier and this was just far enough away that it felt less traditional spring break, and more family friendly spring break, and the pier, is walking distance! The beach was amazing, the views… SPECTACULAR, and there are a few restaurants super close to run down to. The condo itself was stocked with all of the necessities and decorated so warmly and cute and Kristen was a perfect and responsive host.. Definitely an all around wonderful find!

Had a great wonderful relaxing time away from work. It was a Mother/daughter get away. Location. location.Location Images on line were point on but in person it is so much more. Steps from putting your feet in the sand. Feet from the pool. The most beautiful sunsets from your front row seat on your own patio. Close to stores and restaurants. Cafe for coffee/tea. Home made ice cream and local shops all conveniently located. Rental management always available And checking in. Will be planning on returning next year. Donna

Cristinela was an AMAZING host - she went above and beyond to help us. Knowing she has multiple properties, you still feel like you are her main concern. The home was clean and the location was absolutely perfect. Close to everything you could possibly need, but also tucked away in a quiet little corner of Clearwater. Cristinela is super clear with directions and instructions, and as long as you follow them, you really won’t have any problem! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a delightful time at our unit. It was well furnished and comfortable. The deck offered sweeping views of the Gulf and everynight fantastic sunsets. What I was really impressed with was the fact that at least twice during our 4 1/2 day stay (and 2 of those days we travelled to elsewhere in FL) we saw someone cleaning the outside grill and the pool. This place is well maintained. When I had a question, the response was within the hour. Management like this combined with a wonderful setting really makes this a perfect vacation spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host that was on site was super friendly and hospitable. I will be staying here again in the future! 11/10 stay ✨

The stay was fantastic and even as locals looking for a beach weekend, we enjoyed the space. Loulia was wonderfully communicative, and even apologetic about some construction due to the two hurricanes that hit our area last year. Easy to walk from the beach from the unit, and felt safe at night. Next time we are looking to have a beach weekend, we’ll definitely check to see if the space is available again! Awesome host and thanks for everything (including the delicious coffee)!!

My friend and I loved staying here! It was perfect for a few days and the view was amazing. It was peaceful and centrally located to everything we wanted to do from St Petersburg, to Clearwater and Tampa. We were able to make our own breakfast and it was a plus to be able to do our laundry.

We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent place. Very clean. A short walk to the beach. Place was clean . The only issue is the Airbnb site….. Due to political reasons I hope she also uses VBRO as I am not going to use Airbnb again….. Her place is awesome and we would stay again for an extended time if we can book on VBRO…..

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

Serenity by the sea was a great place to stay for our low key family get away, within walking distance to beach, lots of things to do in the area, plenty of beach accessories, very clean. We can’t say enough good things about our stay and the host was very prompt in responding to any questions we had and made sure we were comfortable. It was perfect.

This was our third year staying at Cody's beautiful place in the amazing St Pete Beach !!! The condo is as advertised spotless , clean and just steps to the Beach and restaurants !!! We can't wait to come back to Cody's amazing place !!!!

Beautiful place to stay, loved the view from the balcony. Right on the beach, very clean. We felt like we were at home on vacation. We would definitely stay there again.

Nick's place was beautiful! The pics didn't do it justice. The location is perfect for visiting Clearwater Beach (10 mins away) or downtown Tampa (30 mins away). Close to food and Publix. I stayed for a week and prefer to cook breakfast. This place had all of the equipment needed, and it wasn't old and crusty lol. I felt safe and right at home. There is also a nice view of the pool from the bedroom and the balcony. I would definitely stay here again when I visit the area.

Excellent stay.Nancy was very helpful and the apartment had plenty of little extras like beach furniture and toiletries etc great funky decor.Only down side was a bit of building work still going on downstairs early morning but that aside we had a great week chilling watching dolphin @ 9.15 every morning would def recommend for a stay.

We really liked Amanda's place. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. We really liked the Resort that the condo is in. It was always easy to find a parking spot and the Marker 8 Bar and Grill had great drinks and a beautiful view of the water. We would definitely stay here again as it is within walking distance to the downtown area of Dunedin and also close to the bike trail.
