Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Our family has lived on this gorgeous, treed 5-acre property for over twenty years. Back then we were considered the outskirts of town. Now we have amazing amenities just a couple of miles up the road. We've dreamed of building this guest house for years and are now proud to announce "We're open for business!" I've been designing and building custom homes for 25 years. This home represents all of my best ideas and style. You're going to love it!

The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!

Completely remodeled historical cottage in the heart of beautiful Palmer Lake. Nestled under the pines of Pike National Forest and Sundance Mountain. This 1925 historical cottage was the towns original electric building. Steps from the most beautiful hiking Colorado has to offer, the library, museum and town green.
