Featuring six apartment-style suites, Lokal will offer guests an authentic Philadelphia experience and an escape that feels like home. The team behind the project will anticipate needs and create a high level of behind-the-scenes service. In doing away with many of the trappings of a traditional hotel, Lokal seeks to provide a unique connection with the city without sacrificing the comfort and care travelers expect.

Loft King Suite by Archway

Our Classic King Suite embraces compelling angles and has plenty of room to move around, a generous dining/work area; full kitchen, outfitted with everything you need. The Classic suite has a spacious King bedroom plus a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and Aesop amenities. Parking available onsite for additional fee: $50 - $60 nightly. Ltd. availability. First Come, first Serve. Pets welcome ($100 per pet) Twin sized cot available upon request ($25 per night).

Grand Two Bedroom King + Queen W/ Terrace

This expansive suite features an upscale and open living, dining area with a powder room and full kitchen which separates king and queen bedrooms and their private, spa-like bathrooms featuring rain showers and Aesop bath amenities. Complete with a large private terrace capturing bohemian Fishtown views, this is the Archway's most luxurious suite. Parking available onsite for additional fee. Pets welcome ($100 per pet) Twin sized cot available upon request ($25 per night).

Two Bedroom Deluxe King + King Suite

The King Ensemble Suite has been called by many a favorite & features a generous living room, custom dining table + banquette, powder room & full kitchen outfitted with everything you need.
