Uitwaaien, a Dutch word meaning “to take a break to clear one’s head” or literally “to walk in the wind”, to refresh body and mind. With Philip’s Dutch heritage and our time living in the Netherlands, Uitwaaien holds special meaning for us. It reflects what we hope every guest experiences here: a place to breathe, restore, and reconnect.

Willand Cottage is situated in the peaceful & safe Langezandt Estate in a quiet cul de sac. With the beach a short 5 minute walk away and with unique sundown views into the Agulhas bush, this is a special haven that will provide you with the best of all worlds. Let the kids play some table tennis or games in the spacious garden, have a few sundowner drinks in the adjoining braai area and relax after a stunning day at the beach. Families, beachgoers and fisherman's paradise! Ideal for 4-8 guests.

A place of peace, on heaven's doorstep: this luxurious 2-bedroom cottage sleeps 4 people. The additional garden studio sleeps 2 more. It boasts breathtaking mountain views, and an abounding, lush garden brimming with wildlife, magical nooks, and a labyrinth. Newly renovated, the cottage has solar power, good wifi, high-end appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, and a wood-burning stove. A stone's throw to the Nature Reserve, the cottage is an easy 15 minute walk to the waterfall.

Treyntjes Rivier Cottages

Treyntjes Rivier Cottages are about 9 km from Caledon and 25 km from Hermanus. It can accommodate up to 4 persons Two bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area offers couches, Smart TV and WIFI Braai facilities are available in the garden. We no longer allow brides or grooms to get ready at our cottages on the day of their wedding. No day visitors

Willow Cottage: perfectly positioned in Stanford

Willow Cottage is a gorgeous and homely cottage. It's perfectly positioned in a quiet part of Stanford on a dusty road, fifty meters from the Klein River. It has a beautiful expansive view over the mountains, enjoyed on a wide veranda which is wonderful for quiet reading or long lunches, but it's also within a short walk to all the restaurants and little stops in the village. Spacious and bright, it has just enough of everything you need to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country.

Potato Patch Self Catering Cottage

This versatile thatched roofed cottage is centrally located in a private setting offering contemporary country comfort with a dash of history. It is one of the two cottages located on the owners property with its own entrance and secluded garden. The cottage consists of 3 en suite bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. The rates are based on 2 people sharing a room. Using additional rooms comes with an additional charge. Pets are permitted on request at an additional charge.

Hermanuspietersfontein offers comfortable accommodation in self-catering cottages on a farm 20 km east of Stanford. This peaceful place boasts majestic mountains, pristine fynbos, mountain streams and beautiful vineyards. Each cottage is equipped with linen, cutlery, cooking utensils and basic toiletries. Wood is provided for the barbecue facilities inside and outside. Activities include hiking, mountain biking, bird watching, shark cage diving and whale watching.
