Host was very responsive and accommodating. Comfortable and tidy home - Main entrance is on bottom floor w/all the bedrooms and kitchen and living room are upstairs. Two bedrooms and living room have access straight to the beach - the beach & ocean is literally just steps away - amazing !! Quiet community w/numerous restaurants and ice cream shops just minutes away.

Very responsive and helpful with all questions. Also checked the next day after check in to make sure everything was alright

We loved staying here! It was the perfect girls getaway! It was cozy and had plenty of space! If we could have stayed longer we would have. We were able to walk to a little park that was having a spring festival and the area itself was so quiet and peaceful. Amazing porch view too! Absolutely loved the home and would definitely stay again!

Great house right on the beach. The lock to get in was kind of annoying, but after we got in... what a great spot for a beach weekend. We'll definitely be looking to rebook when we next want to stay in CB.

The home was beautiful. It had everything we were looking for and more. Tyler, our host gave us everything we needed and more. He made our arrival very smooth. He answered every question in record time. The home was spacious and accommodated our family of 16 comfortably. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more. The elevator in the home allowed for our elderly parents to easily navigate the home and our outings. The access to restaurants, grocery stores, gas, beaches and the pier made it feel like home. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Surf City area. It was definitely 5 stars 🌟.

Sea Stilts is a very nice oceanfront, single level, 3-Bedroom beach house in a quiet neighborhood. I think of it as a bungalow. Walk off the back porch down the steps and you are on the beach. We have stayed there twice now, in mid April and now early May. There were not a lot of people on the beach. That may change some during the summer months, but even if all the adjacent houses were fully occupied I don’t think the beach would be crowded. The back porch has 6 composite “LL Bean” type high chairs with cup holders so you can sit out there and enjoy the unobstructed ocean view. When we arrived (easy entry via digital combination lock), the place was clean and neat. We never ran out of hot water (there were 2 of us), and there is a nice stacking washer/dryer so you can do your laundry. We would definitely stay there again!

We were pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we felt cared for in the accommodations. The view is perfect even in the rain!

East Side cottage was perfect for my family of 5! It was clean, well appointed, and cozy. Katherine was very quick to respond to questions and had clearly planned for guests! Location to the beach access was great and the pool was a nice bonus!

We stayed at this property for four days in October and had a greqt experience. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities that were listed. The property was well manicured outside and the swimming pool and firpit were awesome. Upon arrival we found the property in a very clean and tidy and in working condition. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the sinks and showers was good. Maybe it was because we were there in the off season, but there were no crowds to speak of and we felt like we had a lot of privacy at the property. Overall, this was a very good experience.

We absolutely loved staying at Larry's place. He was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The location was so close to the beach and we loved having the pool in the backyard. There were tons of sand toys for the kids as well as beach chairs and umbrellas which were so nice. Larry was kind to provide us with breach towels which was a great help us as we flew in for this trip. The ground floor is for parking. The 2nd floor had the King bed with bath, 2 doubles with bath. Also queen with twin room and 2 bunk bed room with Jack and Jill connecting bathroom. The top floor had another King bed with Jack and Jill bath to the living room/kitchen. Great to have balconies on the front and back of the house. The kitchen had everything you would need for meals with plenty of dishes, cups, etc. And so great to have a W/D also. We loved that the dining room table had enough space for all 10 of us to sit and eat together. Highly recommend!

Ramith - thank you for opening your property to our group! It was the perfect house for both entertaining & relaxing. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer! You really thought of everything to make our stay easy! We had spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset that could be enjoyed from several balconies and the amazing rooftop terrace. The house is perfectly situated - quick walk to the public access for the beach and equal distance to restaurants and shopping. The house was well equipped and even included beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles and floats. And of course I can’t forget the decor! It’s like the house has been staged for sale and it’s very upscale & modern yet comfy! Thank you again for the ease of check-in! We hope to be back again soon!!

This house was great! Spacious and the views amazing and the short walk to the beach was fantastic! Andrea was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We’d definitely rent here again!

The home beautiful and clean. Well equipped with what we needed to get out stay stared. The kids feel in love with the pool, I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Would definitely rent it again.

Truly a “home away from home” this week! We had to actively try to get the kids to want to leave the bedroom and go to the beach- they were so excited by the toys, books and bunk beds. The street was wonderfully quiet and private, everything was within a 5 min drive and the pool was a huge hit!! Absolutely recommend getting the golf cart as well…it was hands down our favorite part and super easy to use! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, the area was serene. We loved being able to hang by the pool and walk to the beach easily. We had everything we needed and the hosts were lovely. They sent all the info we needed prior to so if we needed something we were able to refer back to it. The beach itself is beautiful, food was great at sharkys! We definitely enjoyed the house and area and will be back 😊

We stayed at Ric and Chelsea’s place for a week and everything was great! House was wonderful and exactly what our family needed. Lots of things to do at the house and in a very walkable location. Ric was very communicative. All around great stay.

We chose a very special place for a very special occasion - our silver jubilee. The ocean views were awesome and the constant sound of the waves were quite soothing to hear. The sturdy wooden staircases provided quick and easy access to the beach from both floors of the house. All the rooms were clean and tastefully furnished. The ocean theme of the living room’s furnishings and fabric added a cozy feel to the space. All the bathrooms were clean and contemporary. The full kitchen was very much to our liking with literally everything one would need. Donna responded to all our queries in a timely and professional manner. Her placing an anniversary greeting card on the kitchen counter was a lovely gesture and well appreciated by us. The quaint and quiet seaside neighborhood was absolutely charming. Our dear pet also had a wonderful time. Along with a fabulous weather, the vibes were just perfect to turn our momentous day into a memorable celebration. Will definitely consider coming back.

Samantha was a very gracious host. She welcomed our group and gave us a very helpful orientation to Surf City and this gorgeous home. Not even the threat of Hurricane Debby could detract from the views of the waterway from every deck. I must add that her recommendations for the best local restaurants were “spot-on”.

We had a great time! The Oakland marathon was a blast. Elisabeth’s place was easy to access and perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the bunk room. It was walkable to the beach, clean and the perfect amount of space, we slept well & had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Grateful for the wagon beneath the house to use back and forth to the ocean & the lego’s were a huge hit. Thank you!!

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

Memorable Moments is a wonderful place to vacation. I was so impressed with how clean the home was and the layout was perfect. Having an en-suite bathroom with every bedroom made our stay so comfortable. Chris was by far the most organized and communicative Air BnB host that I’ve had. The attention to detail and timely communication was really appreciated. Thanks for a great stay !

The house and location was exactly like Sisi described. We enjoyed the stay and look to use this location and Sisi again. Great experience.

Nice place very close to the point and Shoals Club. Maritime Market had lots of provisions but closed each day at 6 so prepare for that. Swarms of biting flies made the beach and pool not fun during this time of year, but we survived. WAY beyond your basic annoying pest stuff and had to get waste deep in water numerous times just to get relief. I will check with the Shoals Club before booking again and services were basically unavailable for multiple days due to wedding and we were not made aware of this in advance when we booked that. That being said, our trip was great. This location and the home itself was great and true to what was advertised. Within walking distance to the point, and the red drum and blues were biting day and night. I would definitely stay here again and it easily accommodated 6 adults and a child (more with couches/cots). It has a separate bedroom/efficiency above golf cart garage which provided some extra privacy and the 2 golf carts were handy and worked well.
