Tony and his property are top notch. If you’re on the fence about this property or another, go with Tony! This property is EXACTLY as listed and what the photos show. The fenced in back yard was a bonus for our two dogs to play. It’s always nice to find a property that is looking out for your dogs. Overall well worth the money.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Dune Daddy! Everything about it was wonderful and was done in such a thoughtful manner. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we loved the dishes! Very cute and minimalistic. Combined with a breathtaking view it was perfect. A great big thank you to our wonderful hosts for a much needed respite.

This was the Best Airbnb we have ever rented, and we have rented from Airbnb well over 30 times. The property was immaculate, the house was newly renovated and was absolutely beautiful. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, they had everything you needed to have a relaxing weekend on a huge piece of property. The lake was well stocked with fish, we caught and released well over a 200 fish in 4 days; catching a huge variety of fish from Bass, crappie, blue Gil, Shad, etc. The dock house and dock were new and made fishing the pond very comfortable with the benches. We had an absolute blast, thank you Robert for having us. We will be back.

We started our trip in Carolina Beach at a different airbnb location. After a not so great experience, we were quickly looking for an alternative. Michael and Jesslyn were incredibly accommodating with a last minute reservation with early check-in. They were responsive during our stay when we had a few questions. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, Veggie Wagon, and a few other eateries. There's a playground down the street too, which was a perfect surprise for our toddler. We did learn during our stay that the beach area has some challenges with the water smell. For the price of the home, a shower head filter would be a great addition to make the stay even better.

Five Stars All the Way! We had the most incredible stay at Vaycash on Bald Head Island! From the moment we walked in, it felt less like a rental and more like staying at a dear friend’s beautiful home. Stef has thought of everything—the home is gorgeously decorated, full of charm, and stocked with more amenities than any place we've ever stayed. This was hands-down the most above-and-beyond experience we’ve ever had with an Airbnb. Every detail was thoughtfully done—from the fully equipped kitchen (a dream to cook in!) to the peaceful, tucked-away location in the woods that gave us the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The golf cart made exploring the island a breeze, and the kids were thrilled with the bikes and kayaks. Stef’s generosity and attention to detail made this getaway truly special—we didn’t want to leave! We can’t recommend Vaycash highly enough and are already dreaming about our next visit.

I had an amazing experience at this Air Bnb and with Rachel! To start off the AirBnb is in an amazing location right in between Carolina beach and Wilmington so perfect spot! Air Bnb was very clean, very roomy, very relaxing and cozy as well! Has the fire pit in the backyard and a separated area for the dogs to run around! Was a perfect place for me! I can’t begin to explain how amazing Rachel has been! She explains everything from the beginning so that way there are no surprises during check out. She also recommended some amazing places to try! Probably the most communicative host I have had! I would completely disregard the awful review that was given before me. Clearly some people do not know how to follow rules and then like to blame others because they can not take responsibility for their own actions. Please please stay at this Air bnb in your next trip to Wilmington you will not regret it! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you again Rachel will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Wilmingt

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Carolina Beach property. Ligia was an exceptional host — she was very responsive and kept in constant communication throughout our stay. When we faced an A/C issue, she was quick to take action and made sure it was resolved promptly. She is truly on top of everything and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Her husband, Carlos, was also incredibly helpful and supportive. Overall, their hospitality made our stay even better. Highly recommend

Great place for a beach getaway! Location is about a 7 min walk to the nearest public beach access and the place was clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend.

Kara is the property manager and she was SUPER sweet, helpful and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and I LOVED how you can rent the golf carts (someone previously mentioned battery would die quick but that’s if your gone hours & hours just like you’d run out of gas) everything was nearby and we saved a lot of money and time with the golf carts due to parking, access to beach and price to rent. If you were to actually rent one from certain places it was WELL over $200/day. So Loreen was doing us a favor and making it more affordable lol The place was very clean ! I am a neat freak and super clean myself so I was on the look out 👀 but this place was very clean. Only reason I can’t go back is definitely NOT due to the place itself but because my senior dog couldn’t make it upstairs 😔 from now on we have to take stairs inconsideration. That’s because of our dog NOT this place This place is definitely 10/10 loved it and made some best memories with my family ❤️❤️❤️🥹

My stay at this airb&b was perfect and so peaceful. It was 2min walk to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was walkable distance. I parked my car the whole time i was there and did not had to drive once. Its perfect location and really cute Airbnb. I will definitely be staying here every time i visit Carolina Beach. Host was really nice friendly and very responsive. This has to be one of the best Airbnbs located at prime location near the beach and all fun activities.

Orville was a great host. We asked about fishing. Not only did he bring us some lures but he also cut down some limbs to make for easier casting. So nice. Tim caught a nice size bass on the second cast!

Super cute and cozy just as described. Well stocked and felt right at home. Hosts were super responsive and provided clear instructions throughout the entire booking and checking out process. Perfect stay for a quick trip or long weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

My three year old and I had a wonderful night's stay! The cottage is clean and very spacious for two people. Nice touches like a bowl of chocolates and laundry supplies were appreciated-especially when my daughter got ketchup all over her new dress and I needed to quickly take care of the stain! Also loved that there was plenty of room in the bedroom to set up a separate bed for my daughter (a camping cot). The entry into the cottage was SO fun and cute; I loved all of the gnomes and fountains as you walked in and out! We had a wonderful beach day and dinner out that night. Enjoyed the park nearby after checkout. Thanks for a great stay!

Danielle was the perfect hostess! She was quick communicating, the property was as described, she accommodated a change (after it was too late to change) to our travel needs, and basically she and her property were a fabulous oasis minutes from the airport! What's not to love? 😀

This was a lovely property and an excellent stay, highly recommend!! First off, the location is prime - it's very convenient to the beaches (about 15 min to Carolina Beach, and 20 to Wrightsville) and a reasonable drive to other Wilmington classics like the Riverwalk, the Cargo district, and shopping centers. There are several grocery options close by (Lowe's Foods, Publix) if you need to stock up for your stay. Michelle's directions for finding the property were spot on and simple to follow. The property itself is quiet and peaceful, right on the intracoastal with unbeatable views from the living room and larger bedroom, not to mention the back deck and yard. The house was well stocked and spotless, and very comfortable! I hope to stay for a longer stretch in the future.

As advertised! Would recommend and hope to return. Everything was great! There is not one negative I can think of. One of the best places we have stayed through Air BnB. Sue was a great host, super clean, comfy beds, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, excellent location.

The charming and cozy cottage was the perfect spot for our cousin’s weekend at the beach. All the restaurants and beach were just a couple of blocks away. Charles was super quick to respond to any questions and the check-in was seamless. Be sure to check out Nikki’s Sushi- super delicious. Also, Coharie Coastal Boutique is a wonderful shop. Highly recommend the cottage and area.

Will and Morgan were so flexible with us- responses were fast and friendly. The space is great- so close to the beach and very walkable. Comfy beds and soft towels. 10000000% recommend!
