Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Our cottage is on a corner lot with the beach access just 100 yards away and our front porch looks out on the canal. Perfect for families, we have some toddler toys, a pack and play (please bring your own sheet), and a booster seat available as well as beach toys. Use our bicycles and ride the 6 blocks to the boardwalk area or the marina.
