Just blocks from NCSU, Meredith, the Village District and pocket parks, this 2nd floor apartment has everything you need for a weekend or extended stay. Updated with new appliances, countertops and refinished floors, you'll be able to relax after enjoying the area. Bedroom has ensuite bath. King size bed Sealy Performance Mattress & 5 types of pillows. Room for 1 or 2 cars to park beside unit. This is the 2nd floor of a duplex behind a main house. Welcome to our little house in Old North Durham. The 380 square foot studio guest house (open concept) sits behind our Bungalow in a centrally located historic neighborhood.; a 15-20 minute walk to Durham's vibrant Central Park District and a little further to downtown. Close by restaurants, music, movies and shows. Sleeps 2 comfortably on queen bed, and 2 additional on convertible couch from IKEA. Living area joins kitchen and is open to bedroom (see photos). Vaulted ceilings create openness.

A cozy three room cottage in a quiet neighborhood in North Raleigh with access to Raleigh's Greenway Park system. Easy access to Interstate 540 and 440. We are within 20 minutes of most areas in Raleigh. The cottage has three rooms. 1. A combination living room/bedroom with a queen size bed. 2. A combination kitchenette/bedroom with a double bed. This is semi private with a curtain to pull separating the sleeping area from the kitchen area. 3. A full bathroom that has a jacuzzi bathtub.
