There is a covered front porch that overlooks a garden & has a barbecue for a relaxing meal. The back of the property has a fire pit & table for roasting marshmallows. Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.

There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.

The Osprey Aerie (nest) is a sun-filled second story apartment overlooking a flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with our playful tuxedo cat, Felix, and McNab Shepherd, Blossom. A private deck w/ two outdoor chairs & table allow for comfortable outdoor dining while overlooking the large open garden. Our other listing "The Photographer's Studio", is an independent unit without full kitchen on the first floor.

Our place is within a mile of Mendocino Village where you can find restaurants, eclectic stores to suit any fancy and access to the beach for walks and exploring. You’ll love the Bungalow with its high ceilings, sounds of nature and cozy feel that creates the perfect ambiance for relaxation.
