You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). The Cottage on Campbell studio has an ideal location with a view overlooking the historic downtown Mariposa. Take advantage of the close proximity to restaurants and shops, while being just 32 miles from the Arch Rock entrance to Yosemite National Park and 12 miles from the mighty Merced river. The space is large enough to accommodate 3 guests with a queen bed, futon bed, large kitchen, full bath, covered parking, Wifi, and a flat screen TV.
